# Analytics Overview

> Understand your organization's performance with comprehensive analytics

The Analytics section provides comprehensive insights into your organization's performance across all experiences, helping you understand trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

## Accessing Analytics

Analytics are accessible from multiple locations:

## Dashboard Metrics

Track consumer engagement across experiences:

### Auto-Refresh
