Accessing Consumers
Navigate to Consumers in the sidebar to view your consumer list. The route is/app/customers.

Table Columns

Searching Consumers
Use the search bar to find consumers by:- Email address
- Full name
- Phone number
Filtering and Sorting

Creating Consumers
To add a new consumer manually:- Click the Add Customer button
- Fill in the consumer details
- Click Save to create

Consumer Status

Consumers can be added through multiple channels:| Source | Description |

Bulk Actions
Select multiple consumers to perform bulk actions:| Action | Description |

| Update Status | Change status for selected consumers |
Data Syncing
When integrations are configured, consumer data stays synchronized:Klaviyo Sync
- Consumer profiles sync with Klaviyo contacts
- Tags and attributes are synchronized
- Sync status shown on consumer profile
Sync Status Indicators

| Synced | Data is up to date |
| Syncing | Sync in progress |
| Error | Sync failed, requires attention |
| Not Synced | No external sync configured |
Exporting Consumer Data
Export consumer data for external use:- Select consumers or use filters
- Click Export
- Choose format (CSV, Excel)
- Download the file

Data Quality
- Validate emails - Ensure email addresses are valid
- Normalize phone numbers - Use E.164 format

- Honor requests - Process data deletion requests promptly

Troubleshooting
Consumer Not Found
- Check for typos in search terms
- Try alternative identifiers (email vs. phone)
- Verify the consumer exists in the system
- Check organization context
Duplicate Consumers
- Search for existing records before creating
- Use the merge feature if duplicates exist
- Check import settings for duplicate handling
Sync Issues
- Verify integration is configured correctly
- Check API key permissions
- Review sync logs for errors
- Retry the sync operation
