Organization Settings

Organization settings control your company’s basic information that appears throughout the platform and in communications with consumers.

Accessing Organization Settings

Navigate to Settings > Organization to manage your organization details. Caption: Configure your organization’s basic information

Timezone Configuration

Select the timezone used for:
  • Experience scheduling
  • Analytics reporting
  • Email scheduling
  • Dashboard displays

Organization ID

Your organization has a unique identifier used for:
  • API integrations
  • Support requests
  • Technical configurations

The Organization ID is automatically generated and cannot be changed. You may need this ID when contacting support or configuring integrations.

Saving Changes

  1. Make your changes in the form
  2. Click Save to apply
  3. Wait for confirmation
  4. Changes take effect immediately

Multi-Organization Support

If you manage multiple organizations:
  1. Switch organizations from the organization selector
  2. Each organization has separate settings
  3. Settings don’t carry over between organizations

Data Retention

Organization data is retained according to your plan:

Best Practices

Company Information

  1. Use official names - Match legal business name
  2. Keep contact current - Update when emails change
  3. Add support email - Separate from primary contact
  4. Include timezone - Helps with scheduling

Organization Setup

  1. Complete all fields - Full information helps support
  2. Review periodically - Update as business changes
  3. Check timezone - Affects all time-based features

Troubleshooting

Changes Not Saving

  1. Check all required fields are filled
  2. Verify field validation passes
  3. Check network connection
  4. Try refreshing the page

Timezone Issues

  1. Verify correct timezone is selected
  2. Check for daylight saving time
  3. Refresh after changing timezone
  4. Clear browser cache if issues persist
