Organization Settings
Organization settings control your company’s basic information that appears throughout the platform and in communications with consumers.
Accessing Organization Settings
Navigate to Settings > Organization to manage your organization details.

Company Details

Timezone Configuration
Select the timezone used for:
- Experience scheduling
- Analytics reporting
- Email scheduling
- Dashboard displays

Organization ID
Your organization has a unique identifier used for:
- API integrations
- Support requests
- Technical configurations

The Organization ID is automatically generated and cannot be changed. You may need this ID when contacting support or configuring integrations.
Saving Changes
- Make your changes in the form
- Click Save to apply
- Wait for confirmation
- Changes take effect immediately

Validation Rules

Where Organization Info Appears
Your organization information is used in:

Multi-Organization Support
If you manage multiple organizations:
- Switch organizations from the organization selector
- Each organization has separate settings
- Settings don’t carry over between organizations
Data Retention
Organization data is retained according to your plan:

Best Practices
- Use official names - Match legal business name
- Keep contact current - Update when emails change
- Add support email - Separate from primary contact

Troubleshooting
Changes Not Saving
- Check all required fields are filled
- Verify field validation passes

Timezone Issues
- Verify correct timezone is selected
